Regional Finance Role - Ideal for Part-Qualified or Newly Qualified Candidates
Gleeson Homes is looking for an enthusiastic and ambitious finance professional to join our Regional Finance team. This role is perfect for someone who is part-qualified or newly qualified (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) and ready to take the next step in their career.
You'll play an important role in supporting the accuracy and clarity of financial reporting across the Region, working closely with the Regional Head of Finance and colleagues across Finance, Commercial and Operations. This is a great opportunity to build strong technical skills, gain hands-on experience, and develop into a confident business partner.
You'll be part of a collaborative, supportive team where you'll learn from experienced finance leaders while taking ownership of meaningful work that helps drive performance across the business.
Key Responsibilities
Management Accounts Support the production of month-end financials in line with Gleeson Homes policies Ensure financial judgements are clear, well-supported and reviewed with the Regional Head of Finance Assist in preparing monthly commentary to explain results
