Exciting opportunity to manage a Service Engineer team for a leading Fire and Safety company

THE COMPANY:

All of our customers are business customers but span a wide range of different industry sectors including education, industrial, leisure, hospitality and healthcare.

Service is a key focus within our organisation and has led to us supporting major multi site national businesses across the UK.

As a result, our service team, forms a significant part of our organisation.

THE ROLE:

This position is a key role within our organisation and involves managing a team of between 15 and 20 Fire Service engineers.

You will be responsible for performance of the team and supporting with structuring their weekly journey plans.

The role is also extremely hands on and you will be involved in visiting clients alongside the engineer and supporting with solving complex client fire and safety solutions.

This is a home based position which involves one to two days a week office based and 3-4 days in the field.
