Position: Registered Manager Salary: £45,000 to £50,000 per annum + £500 monthly bonus (subject to full occupancy) Location: Blackburn Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am 5:00 pm (and additional hours as required) About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated, compassionate, and experienced Registered Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a well-established care home in Blackburn. This is a rewarding leadership role that offers the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of residents, ensuring they receive the highest standards of care in a warm and welcoming environment. As the Registered Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the care provided meets the standards set by the Care Quality Commission (CQC). You will lead the care and administrative teams, develop and implement policies and procedures, manage budgets, recruit and train staff, and ensure full compliance with all relevant regulations. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage all departments within the care home, including care, nursing, administration, catering, housekeeping, and maintenance.
