OverviewWe are seeking an highly experienced, compassionate and dedicated Registered Care Manager (RMHN, RGN or Health & Social Care Level 5 qualified) to oversee our two dedicated purpose built Supported Living sites.As the Registered Care Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operational management of both services, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centered care to enhance the residents quality of life and driving service excellence. Youll bring both strategic thinking and hands-on leadership to the role.The ideal candidate will possess a strong background and experience of working with individuals with Mental Health diagnosis, Learning Disabilities, Autism, forensic histories and also Behaviours that challenge ( physical and verbal)The successful applicant will be committed to maintaining high standards of safety, compliance, and personalised care plans, fostering a warm and supportive environment for residents and staff alike.DutiesLead and manage both sites, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards and legislation.Build the service - taking on new referalls and ensuring smooth transisionDevelop, implement, and review personalised care plans for residents, including specialised Risk management and PBS plansUndertaking audits, developing, following-up & ensuring completion of action plansManaging rotas, budgets, and resources effectively to deliver a safe serviceBuilding strong, positive relationships with clients, families, staff, commissioners, and external professionalsDriving continuous improvement through feedback, data analysis & qualitySupervise and support staff members, providing leadership, training, and performance evaluations to promote a motivated team environment.Maintain high standards of health and safetyEnsure documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with regulatory requirements.Carry out /lead on investigations, safeguarding and notifications as required.Promote a positive organisational culture centred on compassion, dignity, and respect for all residents and staff.Qualifications and ExperianceRegistered Mental Health Nurse (RMHN), Registered General Nurse (RGN), or Health & Social Care Level 5 qualificationProven experience managing or supervising within a care home or supported living environmentStrong knowledge of CQC regulations and inspection processesExperience liaising with Commissioners, Stakeholders, and Local AuthoritiesExcellent leadership, communication, and organisational skillsFull UK Driving license is essential and access to own vehicleIn-depth knowledge of supporting people who have forensic historyCompetence in developing and implementing detailed care plans tailored to individual needs.Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail in documentation and compliance procedures.Compassionate approach with excellent communication skills for engaging residents families and multidisciplinary teams.Why Join Us?Opportunity to manage two small, well-supported servicesSupportive senior leadership teamOpportunity to make a meaningful impact in specialist careApplications are reviewed as they are received, we do not provide feedback for unsuccessful applications.
