Salary: £54,000-£55,000

• Lead and register a brand-new dual residential provision
• Shape the culture, systems and standards from day one
• Build and develop a strong, values-led staff team
• Drive compliance, quality and positive Ofsted outcomes
• Create a safe, nurturing and high-achieving environment for young people
• Continuously reviewing and improving the quality of care within the home

About you:

• Experienced Deputy Manager ready for progression
• Proven experience leading a team within a residential care setting
• A natural leader who is approachable, supportive and resilient
• Strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations and children's home compliance
• Level 5 in Leadership & Management (Children & Young People), or working towards
• Ambitious, forward-thinking and committed to high standards
