Stephen James Consulting are partnering with a specialist provider to recruit a Learning Disabilities (LD) Registered Manager. This role will oversee a residential service supporting young adults with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health needs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver high-quality, compliant, person-centred care
* Lead day-to-day operations and service performance
* Oversee care planning promoting independence and life skills
* Manage safeguarding, risk, and quality assurance
* Lead and develop the staff team
* Work with families, professionals, and local authorities
* Drive continuous improvement across the service
Requirements:
* Experience as a Registered Manager in LD, Autism, or Mental Health
* Strong leadership in residential care settings
* Knowledge of safeguarding, person-centred care, and PBS
* Experience managing teams and service performance
* Level 5 Diploma (or working towards)
This role offers a salary of £40,000 – £45,000.
