We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Registered Manager to lead an established, Ofsted-registered children’s home in Enfield, with plans to progress a second home in the local area through registration.
This is an excellent opportunity to lead a stable service while playing a key role in the development and registration of a new provision, with full support from an experienced Responsible Individual and senior leadership team.
You will play a key role in:
* Leading and maintaining a high-quality, established service
* Supporting the development and Ofsted registration (SC2) of a second home
* Contributing to the growth and consistency of services across the organisation

Your Role
As Registered Manager, you will:
* Lead the home to achieve and maintain Good or Outstanding Ofsted outcomes
* Take full responsibility for safeguarding, care quality, and regulatory compliance
* Manage recruitment, induction, and development of staff
* Ensure robust care planning, risk assessments, and behaviour support strategies
* Build strong relationships with local authorities and external professionals
* Monitor performance and drive continuous improvement
* Support the setup, staffing, and registration of the second home
* Work closely with the Responsible Individual and senior leadership team
Requirements
* Current Registered Manager or experienced Deputy ready to step up
* Minimum 3 years’ experience in children’s residential care
* Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (Residential Childcare) (or working towards)
* Strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations, Quality Standards, and safeguarding frameworks
* Proven track record of achieving or maintaining Good or Outstanding outcomes
* Ability to support service development and registration processes
* Confident leadership, resilience, and strong decision-making skills
Salary & Benefits
* £65,000 – £70,000 basic salary
* Realistic OTE £75,000 – £100,000+
Performance Bonuses:
* Occupancy bonus (up to £150 per week)
* Regulation 44 outcomes bonus (up to £500 per month)
* Ofsted outcomes bonus (up to £10,000 annually)

Additional Information
* The primary home is already Ofsted registered and operational
* There are plans to develop a second home locally, which the successful candidate may support through registration and potentially dual registration
