Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Registered Manager to lead our childrens residential home and ensure the highest standards of care, safeguarding and positive outcomes for young people.

This is an excellent opportunity for an established Registered Manager or an experienced Deputy Manager ready to take the next step in their career within a supportive and progressive organisation.

Key Requirements

  • Management experience within childrens residential care

  • RMA / NVQ Level 4 in Leadership & Management / ILM Level 5 (or willingness to begin within 3 months)

  • Strong working knowledge of Childrens Homes National Minimum Standards and The Childrens Act 2010

  • The ability to remain calm, resilient and professional in emotionally challenging situations

  • A compassionate leadership style with a commitment to achieving the best outcomes for young people
