Key Requirements

Management experience within children’s residential care

*

RMA / NVQ Level 4 in Leadership & Management / ILM Level 5 (or willingness to begin within 3 months)

*

Strong working knowledge of Children’s Homes National Minimum Standards and The Children’s Act 2010

*

The ability to remain calm, resilient and professional in emotionally challenging situations

*

A compassionate leadership style with a commitment to achieving the best outcomes for young people
