Nurseplus Care at Home is looking for an experienced and driven Registered Manager to lead and develop our domiciliary care service in Exeter.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated leader with a strong background in home care to take ownership of a growing service, ensuring outstanding care delivery, regulatory compliance, and commercial success.

The Role

As Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the safe, effective, and compliant running of the branch. You will lead from the front, ensuring high-quality care services are delivered in line with regulatory standards and company values.

You will oversee care planning, staff management, client relationships, and business development within the local area.

Key Responsibilities

Register with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) as the Registered Manager

Ensure full compliance with CQC regulations and all relevant legislation

Lead, manage, and develop the care and office team

Drive business growth and local marketing activity

Maintain excellent relationships with clients, families, and local professionals

Oversee safe recruitment, training, and supervision of care staff

Monitor KPIs, budgets, and branch performance

About You

Previous experience as a Registered Manager within domiciliary care

Strong working knowledge of CQC regulations and inspection processes

Proven leadership and team management skills

Commercial awareness with the ability to grow a service

Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or willing to work towards)

Passionate about delivering outstanding person-centred care
