Wolf Healthcare is working in partnership with a highly regarded care provider delivering Residential Care and Supported Living services for individuals with Learning Disabilities and Mental Health needs .

The Role: CQC Registered Manager
We are seeking an energetic, proactive, and experienced Registered Manager to lead services in the Swindon area. This is an exciting opportunity for a strong leader who is passionate about delivering outstanding care and developing high-performing teams.
You will be responsible for:
Managing and leading a residential or supported living service
Ensuring full CQC compliance and high-quality care standards
Managing, motivating, and developing a multi-disciplinary staff team
Overseeing risk management, health & safety, and safeguarding
Maintaining excellent standards of administration and reporting
Person Specification
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Experience managing a Residential or Supported Living service
Experience supporting young adults with Learning Disabilities and/or Mental Health needs
Proven experience managing multiple staff members
A strong understanding of risk management and Health & Safety
Excellent administration and IT skills
A Level 5 Diploma in Health & Social Care (or willingness to complete)
A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (desirable)
