We are a specialist centre supporting children and young people with epilepsy, autism and other complex needs. From our unique 60-acre site in Much Hadham, we bring together education, health, therapy and residential care to deliver truly holistic support and we are now looking for an exceptionalRegistered Managerto lead one of our Ofsted-registered residential homes.

The Role
As Registered Manager, you will be the Ofsted-registered leader of one of our childrens homes, setting the tone, culture and standards for outstanding care.
You will lead a dedicated, multidisciplinary team to create a nurturing, aspirational home where children feel secure, supported and empowered to grow. Beyond day-to-day leadership, youll play a key role in driving continuous improvement and contributing to St Elizabeths wider residential strategy.
This is a role for someone who wants to build something special and understands that outstanding care is felt in everyday moments, not just inspection outcomes.
