Job Title: Registered Nurse

Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our care team. In this role, you will work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality nursing care to residents. You will be responsible for ensuring that residents personal care and clinical needs are met while maintaining their dignity, privacy, and independence. The position also involves supporting the day-to-day clinical and care activities within the home and contributing to a safe, supportive, and person-centred environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality nursing care in line with professional standards and care plans.
Work closely with the wider care team to ensure residents receive consistent and effective care.
Support residents with their personal care needs while promoting dignity, respect, and independence.
Monitor residents health, administer medication, and maintain accurate clinical records.
Assist in the coordination of daily care activities within the home.
Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
Ensure compliance with relevant healthcare regulations, policies, and procedures.
Skills and Attributes:
Previous experience working as a Registered Nurse.
Strong clinical knowledge and understanding of nursing responsibilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Compassionate, patient-focused, and professional approach to care.
Full UK Driving Licence (preferred).
Education and Qualifications:
Registered Nurse with valid NMC registration.
Relevant post-registration nursing experience.
