Registered Nurse A well-established care provider is currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join their team. In this role, you will work alongside other nurse practitioners to deliver high-quality nursing care to residents while promoting dignity, independence, and wellbeing.
The successful candidate will play an important role in supporting residents individual care needs and contributing to the smooth day-to-day running of the home. This is an excellent opportunity for a nurse who is committed to maintaining high clinical standards and delivering person-centred care.
Key Responsibilities Deliver high-quality nursing care in line with best practice and regulatory standards

Work collaboratively with the wider care team to ensure residents needs are met

Support residents in line with their individual care plans while promoting dignity and independence

Assist in the daily clinical and care activities within the home

Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with clinical protocols

Skills & Attributes Previous experience working as a Registered Nurse

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong clinical knowledge and understanding of the nursing role

Compassionate and professional approach to resident care

Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team

Education & Qualifications Registered Nurse with a valid ** Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) PIN

Relevant post-registration experience
