Role Requirements:

Lead on high-profile regulatory strategy and energy policy projects. Apply economic principles and structured thinking to shape utility sector outcomes. Provide insight and expertise across regulatory price controls and market design. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Manage projects end-to-end, from proposal to delivery and client presentation. Skills & Experience as a Regulation Policy Manager:

Solid understanding of Ofgem's RIIO price controls and energy sector regulation. Background in utilities, regulatory bodies, or consultancy, ideally in energy networks. Strong report writing, Excel modelling, and presentation skills. Strategic thinker with a sound analytical toolkit and a commercial mindset.
