Senior Research Scientist - Data Science & Machine Learning

Location : Chelmsford (Hybrid: 2 days onsite/week + occasional SE travel)

Salary: circa £70,000 + 10% bonus

Hours: 37 per week

Role Overview:

This is a senior technical position within the Advanced Information Processing team, focused on applying AI and machine learning to time-series and sequential decision-making problems. The role involves leading high-value research initiatives for defence, security, and commercial customers. You will work across multiple domains including radar, RF, acoustic signal processing, autonomy, and sensor fusion.
