Resident Liaison Officer – Social Housing Refurbishment East London (Waltham Forest, Newham, Hackney & Tower Hamlets)

A leading main contractor specialising in planned refurbishment works within the social housing sector is seeking an experienced Resident Liaison Officer (RLO) to join their growing team in East London.

The business has recently secured a major Social Housing Decarbonisation Fund (SHDF) framework worth £30m per year, delivering improvement works across multiple boroughs including Waltham Forest, Newham, Hackney and Tower Hamlets. The Role

As Resident Liaison Officer, you will act as the key link between the site team, the client and residents. You will ensure tenants are fully informed throughout the programme of works while maintaining a positive customer experience.
