We are currently looking to recruit a Residential Conveyancer to become an integral part of a highly successful Residential Conveyancing team based in Taunton. This pivotal role contributes directly to firm growth, aligns with strategic objectives, and delivers exceptional value to both clients and the business.

• Manage a dedicated caseload ofconveyancing transactions from instruction to completion
• Provide premium conveyancing services to individuals and businesses across diverse transactions
• Review key documentation with meticulous attention to detail
• Oversee completion processes and resolve client due diligence matters
• Drive transactions forward with clear understanding of each client's specific requirements
• Maintain exceptional quality standards and regulatory compliance
• Collaborate effectively with the wider team, including assistant-level colleagues
• Build and nurture strong client relationships based on trust and exceptional service

• You will be a qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, Licensed Conveyancer or Paralegal/Fee Earner
• You will have specific Residential Conveyancing experience
• Demonstrated ability to manage a substantial caseload efficiently and effectively
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
