Residential Conveyancer (13 PQE)

Location: Yeovil

TSR Legal are pleased to be working with a well-established and highly regarded law firm with a strong presence in the Yeovil area, who are looking to appoint a Residential Conveyancer with 13 years PQE to join their growing property team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a confident fee earner who enjoys handling quality, locally generated work and wants to be part of a firm that has long-standing, trusted relationships with local estate agents. These relationships are central to the firms success and will need to be actively nurtured and maintained.

The Role:

• Managing your own residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion

• Dealing with a varied range of matters including sales, purchases and related residential transactions

• Working closely with local estate agents and contributing to the continued strength of those relationships

• Supporting and mentoring trainees and legal assistants, including assisting with supervision and sign-off where appropriate

About You:

• Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer with 13 years PQE

• Comfortable running files independently and managing client relationships

• Confident communicator with a proactive and professional approach

• Previous exposure to a broad residential caseload

• Happy to support junior team members and contribute to their development
