Residential Conveyancer

New Today

I'm currently working with a modern, ambitious, and growing law firm with a strong regional and national presence. This is an exciting opportunity for a Residential Property Solicitor to join a dynamic and forward-thinking team where your contribution will genuinely shape the department's success.

In this role, you will play a key part in advising clients on all aspects of residential property transactions, covering both freehold and leasehold matters. You will manage your own caseload from initial instruction through to completion, dealing with a broad mix of work including sales and purchases, transfers of equity, new builds, right to buy, and shared ownership transactions. Alongside your day-to-day caseload, you will support the wider Residential Property team and contribute to the continued growth and development of the department, including getting involved in business development and marketing initiatives.

The firm is open to candidates with around two years' post-qualified experience, although applications from those with more or less experience will also be considered. You will need to be confident in handling a varied and busy caseload with minimal supervision, demonstrating strong technical knowledge alongside excellent communication skills when working with clients, estate agents, and other parties. A proactive and commercially aware approach is essential, particularly when it comes to building and maintaining long-term client relationships.

The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, organised, and client-focused, with a genuine commitment to delivering a high standard of service. You will be someone who works well as part of a team while also being comfortable taking initiative and managing your own workload. Adaptability and problem-solving skills are key, as is the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving legal environment.

In return, you will benefit from a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package, along with genuine opportunities for career progression. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive and ambitious team where your development and contribution will be recognised.

If you're looking for your next move and want to be part of a firm that is continuing to grow and evolve, I'd love to hear from you
