A highly respected and long-established multi-service law firm in central Leicester, are looking to welcome a Residential Property Paralegal into their close-knit and supportive team.

With offices across the Leicestershire area, the firm is known for its strong reputation, high-quality service, and genuine commitment to the development of its people. This is a great opportunity for a paralegal with around 12 months experience in residential conveyancing whos looking to take the next step. You will support an experienced conveyancing solicitor, gainingexposure to a varied and high quality (low volume)caseload. Work will include:
Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases

Right to Buy matters

New build transactions

Remortgages

Transfer of Equity

General day-to-day support on a busy residential property caseload

Youll be encouraged to take ownership, build strong client relationships, and enjoy real face-to-face interaction.
