This is a great opportunity for a paralegal with around 12 months’ experience handling their own caseload in residential conveyancing who’s looking for a new challenge.

You will manage your own caseload of conveyancing transactions, gaining exposure to a varied and high quality work. Including:

• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Right to Buy matters
• New build transactions
• Remortgages
• Transfer of Equity
• General day-to-day support on a busy residential property caseload

You’ll be encouraged to take ownership, build strong client relationships, and enjoy real face-to-face interaction.
