The appointed Residential Conveyancing Solicitor will:

~\Support a busy conveyancing department on all legal matters \t
~ Carry out all aspects of the conveyancing process (purchases, sales, remortgages, transfers of title, and discharges)\t
~ Draft and revise legal documentation, examine title and address technical queries \t
~ A qualified Solicitor with a background in residential conveyancing \t
~ Adept at building relationships and developing new business opportunities \t
~ A successful track record in the residential conveyancing sector
