The Role You’ll run your own mixed caseload of freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, alongside remortgages, transfers of equity and investment work. You’ll be trusted to manage matters from instruction through to completion, with clear systems, strong support and experienced colleagues around you. There’s also real scope to broaden your experience. You’ll work alongside specialists on lease extensions and enfranchisement where appropriate, giving you exposure to more complex titles and higher-value work as you develop. About You

2+ years’ PQE in residential conveyancing Confident managing your own files with a calm, client-focused approach Organised, detail-driven and comfortable juggling multiple matters A clear communicator who enjoys guiding clients through the process Interested in developing beyond straightforward conveyancing over time
