Residential Property Solicitor – Hassocks, East Sussex (Hybrid Working)

A well-established law firm in the South East is hiring a Residential Property Solicitor for its Hassocks office. This is a great opportunity for a conveyancing professional to join a collaborative, inclusive team.

Handle a variety of non-contentious residential property matters, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases.

Responsibilities:

• Manage caseload and meet fee targets
• Draft contracts, TR1s and related documents
• Complete due diligence and compliance checks
• Maintain accurate case and financial records
• Support client care, marketing and business development
• Ensure CQS and AML compliance

Your Requirements:

• Residential property experience essential
• Strong legal drafting and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal software
• Detail-oriented and team-focused
