Residential Property Solicitor — Oxford/Hybrid

Join an award-winning, collegiate law firm in Oxfordshire offering hybrid working, strong remuneration & benefits and high-quality residential conveyancing work with national and international clients (panel for multiple UK mortgage lenders).

The Role:

You’ll manage a mixed residential conveyancing caseload (including high-value transactions) from instruction to post-completion, while helping to develop the practice.

Key responsibilities

• Acting for buyers and sellers on freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Reviewing, drafting and amending contracts, deeds, reports and client letters
• Title review, raising/answering enquiries, submitting searches and handling HMLR formalities
• Managing exchange, completion and post-completion (SDLT, AP1/OS, requisitions)
• Advising on remortgages, mortgage redemption, transfers of equity and secured lending
• Handling residential tenancies/licences and advising on new-build transactions
• Contributing to BD/marketing and client relationship growth

About You:

• Qualified Solicitor (3+ PQE) with proven residential conveyancing experience
• Confident managing a varied, time-critical caseload autonomously and as a team player
• Client-centric communicator with strong attention to detail and commercial awareness
• Comfortable with modern case management systems and hybrid working
