What youll do:
Lead the floor with confidence, ensuring exceptional, attentive and personalised service at all times
Drive the guest experience, setting the tone and standards for the entire team
Be the key connection between FOH and BOH, ensuring seamless communication and flow of service
Handle guest enquiries, feedback and challenges with professionalism, empathy and grace
Support, coach and develop team members, helping them grow and perform at their best
Work closely with senior management, acting as a right hand on the floor
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organisation and presentation across all areas
Take ownership of the service, ensuring consistency and excellence in line with company standards

Versatile, hands-on and present on the floor at all times
Service-driven, with a true passion for hospitality and guest experience
