THE ROLE
As Store Master, you are the person who makes it all happen. You own the restaurant. You lead the team. You deliver the results. This is a hands-on, high-accountability role where no two days are the same and your impact is felt every single shift.
You will be responsible for everything from food quality and team development to sales performance and customer experience. You will work alongside your management team to build something you are genuinely proud of.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Lead, develop and inspire your management and crew team every day
Own the commercial performance of your restaurant, including sales, labour and margin
Maintain the highest standards of food quality, cleanliness and safety
Deliver a customer experience that keeps people coming back
Build a strong, stable team with the capability to grow
Ensure full compliance with food safety and health and safety requirements
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Proven experience as a General Manager or Store Manager in QSR or fast-paced hospitality
A natural leader who can manage, motivate and develop a team
Strong commercial awareness and experience owning a P&L
Someone who leads from the front and holds high standards without compromise
A confident decision-maker who stays composed under pressure
A genuine passion for food, people and delivering something special
