We are partnering with a market-leading Health & Safety consultancy to find a dynamic Retentions Sales Executive who knows how to spot an opportunity and run with it. This isn't about cold calling into the void; you'll be strategically upselling to an existing client base that already knows our value.
What You'll Be Doing:
Driving Growth: Using outbound strategies to upsell current clients on tailored H&S solutions. Exceeding Targets: Meeting (and smashing) monthly and quarterly goals to maximize your earnings. Managing the Pipeline: Keeping your CRM (Salesforce/HubSpot) tight and your activity levels high. Consultative Selling: Understanding client pain points and presenting solutions that actually matter.
What You Bring to the Table:
Experience: 1-2 years in B2B or B2C outbound sales with a track record of hitting numbers. The "Hunter" Mentality: You're resilient, self-motivated, and driven by financial rewards.
