We are partnering with a market‑leading Health & Safety consultancy to find a dynamic Retentions Sales Executive who knows how to spot an opportunity and run with it. This isn't about cold calling into the void; you'll be strategically upselling to an existing client base that already knows our value. What You'll Be Doing
Driving Growth: Using outbound strategies to upsell current clients on tailored H&S solutions. Exceeding Targets: Meeting (and smashing) monthly and quarterly goals to maximise your earnings. Managing the Pipeline: Keeping your CRM (Salesforce/HubSpot) tight and your activity levels high. Consultative Selling: Understanding client pain points and presenting solutions that actually matter.
What You Bring to the Table
Experience: 1‑2 years in B2B or B2C outbound sales with a track record of hitting numbers. The "Hunter" Mentality: You're resilient, self‑motivated, and driven by financial rewards. Communication: You're persuasive, professional, and can influence at all levels. Tech Savvy: You're comfortable with CRM systems and the Microsoft Office Suite.
