We are hiring a Reward Advisor to support the delivery of a forward thinking Reward strategy while keeping the fundamentals rock solid. This is a hybrid role based from Peterborough or Manchester , offering flexibility alongside meaningful exposure to the wider business. What you will be doing • Support the delivery of the Reward strategy through key projects and initiatives • Provide insight and recommendations to ensure reward approaches are fair, competitive and commercially sound • Support implementation of new employee benefits including onboarding and provider coordination • Manage Purchase Orders and benefit related invoicing in partnership with Finance and Procurement • Create and maintain engaging reward content on the intranet • Act as the first escalation point for Reward queries across HR and the business • Present reward updates at inductions, team meetings and HR forums • Support cyclical activity such as annual bonus schemes, salary reviews and benefit renewals • Own group pay progression...
