We are hiring a Reward Advisor to support the delivery of a forward thinking Reward strategy while keeping the fundamentals rock solid. This is a hybrid role based from Peterborough or Manchester , offering flexibility alongside meaningful exposure to the wider business.
What you will be doing
• Support the delivery of the Reward strategy through key projects and initiatives
• Provide insight and recommendations to ensure reward approaches are fair, competitive and commercially sound
• Support implementation of new employee benefits including onboarding and provider coordination
• Manage Purchase Orders and benefit related invoicing in partnership with Finance and Procurement
• Create and maintain engaging reward content on the intranet
• Act as the first escalation point for Reward queries across HR and the business
• Present reward updates at inductions, team meetings and HR forums
• Support cyclical activity such as annual bonus schemes, salary reviews and benefit renewals
• Own group pay progression schemes including governance and annual updates
• Own the group grading process including job evaluations and levelling consistency
• Lead the Gender Pay Gap reporting process from analysis through to submission
• Manage the organisation wide recognition programme to ensure it stays relevant and impactful
In short, you will sit at the heart of how reward works across the organisation.
What we are looking for
• Experience within Reward or broader HR
• Strong Excel capability and analytical thinking
• High attention to detail and confidence managing complex data
• Ability to prioritise and manage multiple moving parts
• Confidence working independently
• Clear communicator who can influence stakeholders at different levels
