Reward Manager

We are delighted to be acting for a leading luxury goods business to find them a Reward Manager to join their London HQ. This exciting, newly created role will be responsible for continuing the development of their total reward function for the UK, as they embark on an expansion journey that will see their headcount growing by 200%. This role is to ensure policies, processes and structures align with both personal and business performance. Reporting into the Head of Reward, you will serve as a crucial SME on compensation matters and partner with key business areas on all reward, benefits & wellbeing issues. Duties will include managing the annual pay review cycle for key business areas, including planning and governance of the end-to-end process. Manage job evaluation and salary benchmarking processes, ensuring they remain competitive in the market whilst applying sensible cost control, working closely with Talent Acquisition and local HR teams and help deliver the various annual reporting requirements across gender pay. This role will have x2 direct reports (analyst level) and they are hoping to meet candidates with previous management/coaching experience to help develop the team. Benefits responsibilities will include taking ownership for the flexible benefits provision, driving value from their vendor cohort and ensuring SLA’s are being delivered and socialising the provision items across the regions.
