In this role you will support the Reward & Benefits Manager with delivering key annual and cyclical reward activities. Youll be a key point of contact for compensation and benefit queries, ensuring colleagues receive clear, timely and customer-focused support. What youll be doing: Salary benchmarking, job evaluation and data submissions Annual salary review modelling and market analysis Managing benefit queries and liaising with brokers/suppliers Supporting PMI, cash plan, gym membership and broader benefit schemes Updating benefit content and supporting colleague communications This role will be based at our main office in Farringdon (London) and offers a hybrid way of working as agreed with your manager.
