Overview
\n\nA leading global investment bank is seeking a highly organised and detail-driven Roadshow Co-ordinator to manage the full execution of Non-Deal Roadshows and investor engagement programmes. This is a fast-paced, high-pressure role requiring exceptional attention to detail, strong stakeholder management skills, and the ability to deliver flawless execution under tight deadlines.
\n\nKey Responsibilities
\n\n- \n\t
- End-to-end management and execution of Non-Deal Roadshows and investor field trips \n\t
- Coordinating 1:1 and group meetings between corporate clients and institutional investors \n\t
- Maintaining and updating scheduling systems to ensure all information is accurate and current \n\t
- Providing real-time updates to internal teams before and during roadshows \n\t
- Managing last-minute changes efficiently and communicating updates clearly to all parties \n\t
- Ensuring calendar accuracy across investor and corporate schedules \n\t
- Updating internal systems post-event with confirmed attendance and relevant data \n
For in-person roadshows:
\n\n- \n\t
- Overseeing all logistics including flights, hotels, ground transfers, visas, catering and AV requirements \n\t
- Arranging and attending group meetings and meetings at external venues \n\t
- Preparing detailed investor profiles and briefing materials \n\t
- Reconciling expenses following completion of the roadshow \n
Skills & Experience
\n\n- \n\t
- 3–4 years’ experience executing Non-Deal Roadshows and/or investor field trips \n\t
- Experience within a fast-paced global Financial Services environment \n\t
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy \n\t
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities under pressure \n\t
- Strong written and verbal communication skills \n\t
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritise workload with minimal supervision \n\t
- Calm, solutions-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving capability \n\t
- Ability to anticipate issues and manage competing stakeholder interests \n\t
- Motivated, proactive and collaborative team player \n\t
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office \n
