Benefits: Starting salary of £35,000 per annum, with uncapped on-target earnings reaching up to £60,000 including overtime No additional travel time

start and finish your shift from your own driveway Fully equipped state-of-the-art vehicle, tools, and uniform provided Plenty of overtime opportunities at time-and-a-half pay 23 days annual leave, rising to 25 days with length of service Fully supported induction and ongoing technical training Household breakdown cover and healthcare benefits Company life assurance linked to pension scheme Opportunities for career progression within a well-established organisation Stable 40-hour week with shifts scheduled well in advance, between 6am-10pm, with minimal weekend work Duties: Respond to roadside breakdown assistance requests promptly and professionally as a Roadside Vehicle Technician Diagnose and repair a wide range of vehicle issues on-site, including mechanical, electrical, and diagnostic faults Work independently using a fully equipped company vehicle Provide excellent customer service, helping customers in distress Maintain accurate work records and complete required documentation Adhere to health and safety guidelines at all times Support the wider team with technical advice and best practices as needed Specification: Recognised Level 2 (or higher) Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair qualification or equivalent At least three years of post-qualification experience working on a variety of vehicles Strong mechanical, electrical, and diagnostic skills Full UK Driving Licence with minimal points Customer-focused demeanour with calm and professional communication skills Organised, methodical, and able to work independently Friendly personality with a resilient approach to stressful situations Experience working with a diverse range of vehicle types, from city cars to 4x4s If you are an experienced Roadside Vehicle Technician looking to elevate your career with a reputable organisation, this is your opportunity.
