We are seeking a newly qualified GP to join us through the Additional Roles Reimbursement Scheme (ARRS).Eligibility: GPs must be within 2 years of obtaining their Certificate of Completion Training at the point of recruitment., To work as an autonomous practitioner, to provide general medical services to manage a caseload and deal with a wide range of health needs in a primary care setting. To ensure the highest standards of care for all patients whilst adhering to the GMC standards for good medical practice.We have a well-established clinical team consisting of salaried GPs, paramedic, advanced nurse practitioners, practice nurses and healthcare assistantExperienced and supportive management, administrative and reception teamsOur whole team take pride in delivering high quality, compassionate careWe work closely with our PCN colleagues and have successfully recruited additional practitioners to include paramedic, pharmacists, first contact physio, mental health practitioner, urgent care practitioners, dietician, nurse associates, care co-ordinators and social prescribersWe are an accredited training practice and are involved in research as a practice and as part of our PCNWe encourage personal development of all our staff and you would have the opportunity to develop a specialist interest and future innovation #J-18808-Ljbffr
