Job Description

Our client is an established manufacturer of aesthetic injectables with a strong clinical reputation and a scalable commercial platform across the UK and international markets.


As part of continued growth, they are appointing an Account Manager to take ownership of London. The role is weighted towards new business development (circa 70%) alongside management and expansion of key strategic accounts (circa 30%).


Responsibilities


  • Drive new business across London, identifying and converting high value clinics and practitioners within defined target segments
  • Manage and expand existing key accounts, increasing product adoption, frequency of use and overall account value
  • Deliver advanced product and clinical training to healthcare professionals and key opinion leaders, ensuring confident and consistent use of the portfolio
  • Work directly with clinics to improve patient conversion, treatment uptake and commercial performance at site level
  • Align field activity with regional and national sales strategy, contributing to broader commercial planning
  • Provide protocol guidance and ongoing clinical support to maintain high treatment standards and patient outcomes
  • Deliver against revenue targets and KPIs, maintaining accurate pipeline management and forecasting discipline
  • Lead onboarding of new accounts, embedding the full product portfolio and establishing long term partnerships
  • Represent the business at workshops, live demonstrations, training events and industry congresses
  • Track competitor activity and market trends, providing structured insight to inform commercial decisions


Profile


  • Proven track record in medical aesthetics or a closely aligned clinical sales environment, with clear evidence of new business delivery
  • Strong industry credibility with the ability to influence clinicians, clinic owners and internal stakeholders
  • Commercially disciplined with a structured approach to territory management, pipeline control and account planning
  • High personal standards, operating with professionalism, accuracy and accountability
  • Resilient and self directed, able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining performance under pressure
  • Comfortable working with clinical products, treatment protocols and data driven sales tools
  • Degree or equivalent experience expected
