Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist located in Greater London, with potential expansion to the EU outreach in the next few years. The role involves working with remotely with our US based team, acting as sales and marketing representation in the UK, developing and implementing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, delivering high-quality customer service, organizing and conducting sales training sessions, and managing sales processes. Virtual collaboration with internal teams to align marketing and sales efforts is a key daily responsibility, but weekly physical presence at client sites in the Greater London area is also imperative.


Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with clients and team members
  • Proficiency in customer service practices to build and maintain positive client relationships
  • Proven and documented sales and Sales Management expertise, including the ability to craft and execute sales strategies
  • Documented experience in conducting training sessions for stakeholders or team members
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented, virtual and on-site environment
  • Understanding of green finance, sustainability, or related fields
  • Experience with one or more of the following frameworks: S&P Global Corporate Sustainability Assessment (CSA), Bloomberg ESG Scores, Moody's ESG Assessment and Climate Risk Scores, FTSE Russell's ESG Ratings, or similar rating bodies
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Ability to occasional virtual live presence in the daytime US Pacific and Eastern Time zones.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and MS Office software
