The role Speaking with pre-qualified leads and identifying customer needs Conducting fact-finding conversations to understand priorities and budgets Advising customers on suitable insurance products Providing quotes and explaining policy features clearly Handling objections confidently and closing sales opportunities Delivering excellent service while consistently achieving and exceeding targets Continuously developing your sales performance within a competitive team

What youll need Strong ambition and motivation to achieve results Excellent communication and persuasion skills Confidence speaking with customers via phone and email Ability to build trust quickly and influence decisions A target-driven mindset with the desire to maximise earnings

Desirable experience Previous telesales or phone-based sales experience Knowledge of financial services or insurance Experience in commission-driven sales environments
