This desk-based role focuses on generating and sending quotes for new hardware systems, alongside acting proactively on inbound sales leads. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and issue accurate quotes for hardware based on business customer requirements and predefined application templates. Liaise with internal technical and sales teams to ensure quotes meet customer needs and company standards. Maintain and update CRM systems with quote details, customer interactions, and follow-ups. Process/respond to inbound sales enquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner. Support the wider sales team with administrative tasks and customer communications.
