Job Title: Sales Development Manager
Reports To: Regional Sales Manager
Department: On Trade
Base Location: Field Based
Role Purpose
The Sales Development Manager is responsible for managing all free trade accounts within a designated territory. The role focuses on driving sales and profit by executing a clear free trade strategy.
Key Accountabilities
- Achieve volume and profit targets for own-brewed products
- Conduct effective territory planning and customer account management
- Generate new business to meet account acquisition targets
- Maximise sales across the product portfolio within existing accounts
- Leverage sales promotions and marketing materials to increase performance
- Build and maintain strong relationships with account stakeholders
- Secure trade through investment proposals that support customer growth
- Represent the product portfolio with passion and professionalism

- Brand and trade marketing teams

Person Specification
- Excellent selling and negotiation skills based on trust and integrity
- Strong ability to identify and convert new business opportunities
- Structured, reliable sales approach with clear planning capability
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is desirable
Technical / Professional Expertise
- Experience in FMCG or similar sales environments preferred
- Background in account management and business development
