We are scaling and we’re looking for an SDR with energy, confidence, and resilience to help fuel our next stage of growth.

What you’ll be doing

  • Driving high‑volume outbound outreach across phone, email, and LinkedIn
  • Owning the first conversation with potential clients - confidently, clearly, and with personality
  • Turning cold leads into warm opportunities through energy and persistence
  • Qualifying prospects and booking high‑quality meetings for our senior team
  • Becoming fluent in Troi’s embedded recruitment model and how it solves real problems for founders and People & Talent leaders alike.
  • Tracking activity, iterating fast, and constantly sharpening your commercial edge
