You don’t need sales experience - just motivation, energy, and willingness to pick up the phone.

You’ll introduce businesses to software that solves real problems, saves time, and reduces stress - and your conversations help them understand how IRIS can support their goals.\n\nThis role is very much about speaking to people. A large part of your day will be spent making outbound calls, starting conversations, and building confidence with every dial.
The more calls you make, the more opportunities you’ll create - and the quicker you’ll develop your skills. Your effort really does translate into results, and you’ll never be doing it alone. Our dedicated Sales Training team works alongside you every single day, offering coaching, feedback, and support to help you improve call by call.\n\nMany of our top Account Executives, Sales Managers, and Sales Directors started their career right here as SDRs - proving how far this role can take you.\n\nAbout the Team You'll Join\n\nYou’ll be part of our Sales Development department - a friendly, ambitious group who all support each other.
You’ll work closely with:\n\n * Account Executives, who rely on the meetings you book\n\n * Marketing, who provide warm leads and campaigns\n\n * Sales Trainers, who coach you daily\n\n * Sales Leadership, who support your development\n\nIt’s a collaborative environment where everyone genuinely wants you to succeed.\n\nWhat You'll Be Doing\n\nThis is a hands-on role where you’ll build strong communication skills from day one.\n\nYou will:\n\n * Make outbound phone calls to start conversations with potential customers\n\n * Use email and LinkedIn to support your outreach and follow up\n\n * Listen carefully to uncover challenges and identify where IRIS can help\n\n * Qualify interest and book meetings for our Account Executives\n\n * Learn about our products so you can speak confidently about the problems they solve\n\n * Keep your CRM notes tidy, accurate, and organised\n\n * Work towards weekly goals focused on conversations, meetings, and pipeline\n\nEvery day you’ll develop, grow, and become more confident - with a training team supporting you every step of the way.\n\nWhat We’re Looking For\n\nThis role is built for career starters - people who want to grow quickly and learn valuable skills.
