The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our expanding commercial team.

As an SDR at Brand Nudge, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving new business pipeline through targeted lead generation and outreach to decision-makers within the FMCG and CPG industries. You’ll work closely with the Head of Sales and New Business team to identify opportunities for our Price & Promotion Tracking and Digital Shelf Analytics solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Generate qualified leads through outbound calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn engagement.

*

Utilise automated multi-touch sequences to effectively nurture prospects.

*

Craft compelling, personalised messaging to engage senior stakeholders.

*

Confidently articulate Brand Nudge’s value proposition and handle objections effectively.

*

Maintain accurate lead and activity data within CRM systems (Hubspot experience ideal but not essential).

*

Achieve and exceed KPIs on outbound activity, pipeline generation, and downstream lead conversion.

*

Collaborate with marketing and sales colleagues to refine outreach strategies and messaging.

About You

You are energetic, curious, and target-driven - a natural communicator with a passion for technology, data, and business growth. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy turning prospects into opportunities through insight-led engagement.

Requirements:

Proven experience (1+ Years) and success in outbound calling and lead generation (B2B SAAS environment preferred).

*

Previous experience in SaaS or Data & Analytics sales advantageous.

*

Strong Academic Background

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

*

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

* High resilience, intellectual curiosity, and a hunger to achieve results.

* Achieve high outbound call & outreach volumes each day while maintaining the highest quality of interaction.

KPI-driven mindset with a consistent record of meeting or exceeding targets.

*

Confident using CRM and sales engagement tools.
