The role As an SDR at Penfold, you’ll be right at the heart of our growth: Owning outbound outreach across calls, email, and LinkedIn Turning inbound interest into qualified meetings Researching and engaging decision-makers at high-growth companies Building and managing a healthy pipeline in HubSpot Working closely with Sales and Marketing to sharpen messaging and targeting Hitting targets and earning uncapped commission
Expect a high-activity role with lots of autonomy, ownership, and room to grow as we expand into new markets.
