Location: London (Hybrid)

Base Salary: £28,000 – £36,000 + Uncapped Commission

Annual OTE: £65,000 – £80,000

We're looking for a driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing London team. This is your chance to fast-track your sales career, joining our team who are entirely incentivised by their individual performance seeing OTE's exceed the Top 1% of SDR's globally.


The Role


  • Market Research: Dive into our clients’ industries and understand their target markets.
  • Prospecting: Reach out to potential customers via cold calling, LinkedIn, and email.
  • Lead Qualification: Use the BANT framework (Budget, Authority, Need, Timing) to identify and qualify top leads.
  • Appointment Setting: Book high-quality meetings between our clients and key decision-makers.
  • Relationship Management: Maintain strong client relationships through consistent updates and communication.


What We’re Looking For


  • 1+ year experience in sales, business development, recruitment, or lead generation.
  • Comfortable with outbound calling and confident in engaging new prospects.
  • Familiar with the UK market and professional sales culture.
  • Highly ambitious, energetic, and results-driven.
  • Clear, persuasive communicator who builds relationships naturally.
