Sales Development Representative (SDR) UK (Remote) A well-established &fast-growing digital agency is expanding its UK sales team and hiring a Strategic SDR to support pipeline growth across DXP and AI-driven digital optimisation solutions. This is a high-impact, early-stage role where youll work closely with senior sales leadership to generate and qualify opportunities for complex digital transformation projects. Your focus is on quality pipeline creation & qualifying leads. Location: Fully remote (UK-based only)
Must be available during UK business hours
Occasional travel (UK & international)
What Youll Do: Run introduction calls (phone/video) with inbound and outbound prospects
Qualify opportunities (budget, need, timeline, stakeholders)
Engage senior decision-makers (Digital, E-commerce, Marketing leaders)
Execute ABM and outbound campaigns (email, LinkedIn, phone)
Use tools such as HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Apollo
Maintain accurate pipeline data and reporting
Handoff qualified opportunities to the UK Sales Director
