Sales Director


As Sales Director, you will own the revenue strategy and directly influence the next stage of growth. You will combine senior-level leadership with active pipeline engagement—leading from the front while building the team, structure and systems required for long-term scale.


This role is 4 days a week in the Eastleigh office.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute a clear, data-driven sales strategy aligned with growth goals
  • Personally led high-value pitches, negotiations, and deal closures
  • Build, hire, and mentor a top-tier sales organisation
  • Implement scalable sales processes, forecasting rigour, and performance metrics
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Delivery, and Leadership to refine offerings and optimise go-to-market execution
  • Strengthen market position by cultivating relationships with senior decision-makers across key verticals


Requirements:


  • Proven success in a senior sales role within a digital agency, consultancy, or marketing-services environment
  • Demonstrated ability to close deals.
  • Experience scaling revenue and building teams during periods of rapid growth
  • A consultative, strategic selling mindset paired with relentless execution
  • Exceptional communication, leadership presence, and relationship-building skills
  • A builder—comfortable creating structure, driving accountability, and leading change
  • The ideal candidate will have experience working in a Digital Agency or experience in Digital Marketing technologies (SEO, PPC etc)
