Location: Hull/Beverley/ Kirk Ella
Salary: Up to £28,500 basic | OTE £50,000+ | Travel Allowance + Brilliant Benefits
Job Type: Permanent, Full Time

Working Pattern:
Thursday to Monday, 9:30am 5:00pm (because weekends are where the magic happens)

Theyre looking for a confident, energetic, and people-focused Sales Executive to join their team in Hull. If you enjoy meeting new people, hitting targets, and being part of one of the biggest moments in someones life (buying a home), this could be right up your street.

What Youll Be Doing

No two days are the samebut heres what youll get stuck into:

  • Turning enquiries into happy homeowners

  • Guiding buyers through the journey from first viewing to handing over the keys

  • Managing your pipeline using CRM systems

  • Showcasing high-quality homes and bringing developments to life

  • Promoting schemes like Part Exchange and Assisted Move

  • Working closely with your Sales Manager to achieve targets

  • Delivering a 5-star customer experience every step of the way

What Were Looking For

You dont need to tick every boxbut youll likely have:

  • Experience in a customer-facing sales role (new homes experience desirable)

  • A track record of hitting or exceeding targets

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills

  • Drive, energy, and the ability to work independently

  • A genuine passion for delivering excellent customer service

  • A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (essential)
